Downtime on TM on January, 23 (Saturday)

We expect downtime on Tempaltemonster.com tomorrow on January, 23, in the night time (for about 4 hours in duration), so the option to buy the templates will be disabled for your customers during this time and will be available again as soon as it’s back to normal.

The billing team will be tracing all the try orders during the downtime for your customers to be able to order the templates later.

MTS Downtime on Jan, 16

This is not good news (but as they say forewarned is forearmed) – but tomorrow on January, 16, the affiliate interface is expected to be down for a few hours (during early hours) so this will result in the affiliate galleries not being displayed on your websites (as well as no sales processing during the downtime period accordingly).

Affiliate sites – databased recovered

The affiliate sites (that have been down since 11 am EST yesterday) are now back to normal, but due to the technical problem that we’ve been struggling with there may be commissions not recorded. In this case, please, submit a ticket to the affiliate department, or to support@mytemplatestorage.com so that we know and add the commission to your balance.

Servers Downtime

Some of our sites (mytemplatestorage.com, templatetuning.com) have been down since 11 am EST.

Affiliate Interface (templatehelp.com) isn’t available either.

Friday – August, 14 – Downtime

Since last Friday we have been having issues with getting into TM and MTS, affiliate accounts and templates display (our servers were down) – we are awfully sorry for all the technical problems you all had to experience because of this.
Our admins have fixed all the recent issues as well (getting the 404 error, no big previews display, etc.) and we expect all will normalize in a few hours ( about 6-8 hours will be needed for the DNS update) , but if you
still see some issue of the kind – please, contact us to immediately fix it (via the ticket system, and the affiliate support mail support@mytemplatestorage.com), our technicians will look into it ASAP.
