P.S. You can get some additional info on Magento as well as reviews of some templates on Magento Themes blog. They post Magento eCommerce platform updates and also offer some free themes.
All the affiliates that use supervisor affiliate tools and show info about the program on their websites should please update this info according to new registration rules. Though the affiliate program still remains free, your “subaffiliates” can’t register without being approved by our managers so people visiting your websites and signing through you should be aware of this fact and expect this accordingly. We faced many situations when new affiliates thought they would be registered right away after receiving confirmation link which used to be the case till August this year. We ask all the affiliates to update this info on the websites in order to avoid any misunderstandings with your future “subaffiliates”.

The holiday time is over and we are all back to work again. Autumn is a good time for making sales and we wish all of you inspiration and good luck.
We prepared a small report for you about MTS project, tasks completed and future arrangements.
1. New system of affiliate registration. Every application is now manually reviewed be manager.
2. One of the plans for September- cleaning our affiliate database. We’ll be removing the inactive affiliates in order to provide better support.
3. Google Checkout has been added as a payment option and is now available for all affiliates.
4. We are planning the upload the new design for MTS2 in the next several weeks to this location http://betamytemplatestorage.com. We hope you’ll like it.
5. We are almost complete with the new ready made affiliate shops. In about week time we’ll start the testing with those affiliates who agreed to take part in testing some time ago.
6. We have created a widget for WordPress websites. It’s still a little bit simple but we are working on improvements that will allow choosing the types and categories of templates one can display.
7. We have launched the new product- premium flash templates using Papervision technology.
8. We have prepared several templates from Jaguar, hope that was a nice addition.
9. Our developers are studying Magento and we plan adding the Magento templates in the nearest time.

Google Chekout since now is available for customers buying templates from affiliate websites. Google Checkout was tested on TemplateMonster and this payment method showed pretty good results. Hope this addittion will result in higher sales 
With our affiliate program started in 2003 and till now we had an open registration and we though this would benefit our affiliate community. By now, we have over 100 000 of affiliates registered but …90% of them just registered without any further actions, tried to sell for a month or simply uploaded the ready-made affiliate shop with the expectations it would start selling itself. Unfortunately, things are not that easy. Things need to be changed.
Having this in mind, we decided to take this step. During the next week we are going to cancel the open registration of affiliates, all the new affiliates who would like to register will be reviewed and only those people/companies having set websites and good website designs and ready to add something new to our system will be approved to register. Affiliate program will still remain free. Quality will be our main and the only principle.
After the test period and different types of updates inside the affiliate system we hope to built a strong affiliate community of those who are willing to sell our products and make it in professional manner.

If you were buying something on TemplateMonster website last month you might have noticed there were some offers from TT showing on the page opening next to shopping cart page where customers could choose customization packages and buy them together with the template. In case you’d like to disable this offer on your website and just have the customize button as usual , you can turn it off on the Special Offers page (go to presets>>preset setting>>choose preset>>choose special offer page).
Sale of the special offer package will be considered a TemplateMonster sale with the 20% commission accordingly.
