Considering the increasing cases of refunds, chargebacks and in general the issues occurring due to misunderstanding since the template info on the affiliate website is shown incorrectly we are asking you all to necessarily display the info blocks on the templates previews such as:
1. “Item number”
2. “Template Type”
3. “Software requirements”
4. “Sources available”
5. “Product Description (width)” (if available)
6. “Template Width” (if available)
In case the template item, type, or any other of the above items are not displayed or do not correspond to the info on templatemonster.com and therefore this causes the customers complaints leading to a refund or a chargeback we keep the right not to refund the commission for the order, and terminate the affiliate account in case the affiliate has too many customers complaints due to the wrong info display.
